As a restaurant owner, I regularly work with Brian S Scheid, who is highly skillful, knowledgeable, ethical and professional. He provides excellent advice and representation. His rates are reasonable and I can sleep soundly at night knowing he has my back. Don't be fooled by the small town location. These guys are the best!

So I was accused of strangling my soon to be ex wife with a chain (never happened) all because I left her for another girl! I was charged with a felony and thrown in jail Virginia has a presumption against bond with strangulation cases but Brian went to bat for me and he got me bail! He fought tooth and nail for me and even requested transcripts from Pennsylvania to show this never happened! I have been so sick to my stomach over this because at the end of the day this is a life altering charge but Brian assured me that he had my best interest at heart and would do whatever he could to prove my innocence! Well today 03/08/2021 I got a phone call from Brian and it was to tell me that it’s over that all charges were dropped! It was the happiest day of my life and the best $5,000 I ever spent! Brian saved me from something I didn’t do he proved my innocence and he put in the time to do it and what I like most of all is through this whole ordeal he didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear he told me how it was what could happen THE TRUTH! Thanks Brian for everything I will NEVER step foot into Virginia again because there laws are total bulllshit but I assure you my good friend your on our Christmas card list!!! Your amazing and I could seriously cry out of happiness that I’m not going down for something I didn’t do! I would recommend this law firm to anyone! Hands down!

I love everyone here specially Brian Scott Scheid, they have always return my phone calls and emails on the same day if not the next day even if it was a weekend. First time i spoke to Brian he listened to everything i had to say even when i had moments of my memory coming in and out he was very patient with me. I couldn't have asked for a better person. He will always be my number one lawyer. I highly recommend this law firm and reason i have went with this law firm in the beginning is because they had the best ratings on google and were local to where i live.
