Would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional!!! They took our info and would not respond to my phone calls, messages, and even deleted my post when I tried to reach out to them on their Facebook page about whether or not they were working on my taxes. Finally we had to get our documents and take them elsewhere.

Great company with friendly staff. Was referred to them by a friend. They were able to answer all of my questions and get me in quick. My friend got $50 just for sending me there, and I got a free tablet! I don't know how they are doing it for as cheap as they are, but keep it up!!

This is such an amazing company! They really take their time explaining everything to their clients. They treat you like family. Very professional and kind. Thanks for all you do American Tax Company!!!!!!

Awful! Do not go to these people please. They are not honest people. I filed my taxes in January, never recieved a paper copy of what they filed. 4 months later i called and text numerous times with no response back. Called the state and my taxes were never filed. Finally was able to reach the owner and they said they would refile. Called the state again my taxes were supposed to be direct deposited but they sent out a paper check to the wrong address! Still no response from the owners. Looking through the reviews most good reviews were written by staff. Horrible business and absolutely no communication. Beware!
