Getting propane from Southern States in Summersville has been the best! Their delivery is exceptional! They are prompt and courteous!
We ordered a gridded gate that was currently out of stock and were told the item would arrive in about a week. Week after week, the staff informed that the item didn't come in. After 3 weeks we were advised that a minimum order had to be reached with tarter company before placing the order. After 5 weeks, this order was ultimately cancelled because the store still did not have it in. Previous visits had always been pleasant but lost a customer here.
Sonya and staff is great, but whoever is ordering cannot keep basic horse feed such as select plus in, if you have horses you cannot just switch over to another bag of feed, very frustrating.

Sonya cheated me out of money, and was aware that she did. Which her husband is head over.
