Had a horrible experience with doing my 2018 taxes with Huffman’s Bookkeeping this year. Not only did they mess up on my taxes but they were very rude when I asked for more information needed for the IRS. I would like to say I’m a very polite respectful person. When I went in to get the information I honestly didn’t want to be that person who asked for a refund but I thought I deserved it for all the trouble. As I asked nicely I was told by Eve that I could certainly have one basically to get rid of me because I was being such a hassle to them. I was almost in tears, all I did was ask for one piece of information but I suppose that was too much of a “hassle for them”. I said thank you for the refund and I hoped I didn’t need anything else from them. She replied rudely that I WOULD’NT. I most certainly won’t be doing my taxes there ever again and I would not recommend them at all!
