I have visited healthworks many times for therapy, custom orthotics and other things as well. Great place, very helpful. Always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

I began PT here after an injury to my shoulder at work. I was in alot of pain and had limited range of motion. Nicole was awesome! Extensive assessment of my condition and detailed therapy to improve my injury. She or her counterpart worked closely with me at each visit. Within 3 weeks my condition greatly improved. Pain decreased and range of motion improved tremendously. PT was great! Showed up one day for my appt. and was told that someone in billing wanted to speak with me. A woman came to the counter and told me that she had been unable to get payment for service from Workers Comp. because I had failed to provide the proper form to them. She asked if I had medical insurance for them to bill. I told her this was Workers Compensation claim and my other Doctors, MRI and other providers have been paid. I said I guess I will have to stop coming to PT. She said I think that would be best. So I turned to leave and she said we're here to help, I replied, apparently not since her answer was to not come to PT any longer. This was the first I had heard of this in 3 or 4 weeks of treatment. She had an aggressive, impatient attitude and I was shocked that she would discuss a personal billing issue in front of other staff and patients at the front desk. It was embarrassing and lacked the professionalism and confidentiality you would expect at a medical facility. I called Workers Comp. and resolved the nonpayment issue in minutes. Im not sure why she couldnt. It was not an issue with submitting the correct paperwork as she had accused me of.

Started Going here for physical therapy and ended up joining to use the gym facilities. Great staff and equipment selection. Really miss going there since I moved out of the area. Very good choice for PT or just working out.

I love the staff here, I was dealing with jumpers knee for over 4 months. After my therapy sessions I no longer felt any pain or discomfort. I was highly recommend for anyone looking for general therapy or for athletes.
