Individualized workouts in a small group setting. Coaches really take the time to get to know you and your personal goals and then help you through the process to achieve sustainable gains in all aspects of health (nutrition/hydration, sleep, physical fitness). Also able to help me through previous injury through personalized programming and working alongside a physical therapist that they recommended. The gym is clean and they have top notch equipment. Highly recommended.
Great coaching/gym system that customizes your workout, and helps guide diet and other lifestyle habits for your goals. One on one attention when you need it, freedom to do your own thing when you don't need as much direct oversight.nnGym facility is new, super clean, and comfortable. Coaches are knowledgeable and easy to chat with about your program and life in general.nnHighly recommended!
I love to work hard, but to so it at my own pace. This gym allows me to progress on my own time and to provides the individualized training I need. I am able to have the community feel at this gym, but to focus on my own goals. I don’t have the stress of competing in a class everyday. I do what I can for that day and it is always enough! The gym is always clean and the equipment is very well kept. I enjoy getting to come in and do my workouts at this facility.
Great place, great atmosphere, and great people. Coaches are great communicators and constantly want feedback from you to make sure you understand your workout and you’re recovering and feeling well. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else
