This is a great gym, filled with even greater people! Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly! The coaches here are very knowledgeable and skilled at the sport and teaching it. This is a great environment to learn and grow! All of the instructors and members of the Compound are helpful, encouraging, and humble. Everyone here is a teammate, whether you’ve been here for years or it’s your first day. I’m glad to be a part of this awesome group!

I’ve been going to The Compound for almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The coaches are very knowledgeable and explain the technique very thoroughly and if someone isn’t getting it they take the time to make sure they do. This gym is a very family orientated place to train and everyone is always there for one another. Definitely have to experience it for yourself! So come out and become part of the best gym family around

Love this gym and love the atmosphere, I have been coming to this gym nearly a year. Fred and Nancy welcomed me with open arms and have treated me like family ever since I stepped foot through the door. Definitely a must if you are trying to “get that Rec” while in the fairmont area!
