Has surging throughout the house. Then half the rooms didn't have electricity. After a few days using the generator. Had Chris from E-Salutions send someone out. We all thought the wiring needed replaced. Chris came out today and found that the one of the main wired in the box was burnt off and was not connecting correctly. Took him only a few minutes to get it fixed. Wonderful job, thanks Chris and Happy New Year

Customer service was top notch and the electrician was very personable. He was very upfront about what he thought the problem was, which was a simple fix, and didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary services. Our schedule is very hectic and they went above and beyond to fit us in on short notice. We have several home improvement projects that require an electrician and we will 100% be using these guys again!

We had E Solutions to our house to repair a few issues after a recent remodel. They were on time, professional, kind and all around seem to be a great company. We fully trusted them and will use them again in the future. Thanks!

My stove was gradually doing strange things so I had to buy a new one. When we pulled the stove out the wires just had the nut holders on the ends of them. There was no outlet in the wall. Called E-Solutions and Justin came out to install the outlet for us. He told me what time he would be here and he was on time and very professional. He definitely knew what to do and very knowledgeable about what had to be done. He was really friendly and very polite. I will definitely have E-Solutions come again for any other electrical issues that I may have. They get 5 stars from me.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks for sending Heuston down to fix us up. He did a great job and was able to take care of a few tricky issues for us. Also want to compliment him, he was very professional, polite and friendly to our family. My wife said our young kids were talking to him and asking him a lot of questions and he was very friendly and kind to them. On the second he called and said he was there but no one was home and we had no problem unlocking for him and allowing him go in the house and start before we were able to get there, that speaks volumes to him and the people you hire. I know you guys probably get more emails and calls complaining but we wanted me to let you guys know how great he was and a great representative he is for your company!!!
