Bethany is wonderful to work with. I have rented from there for years and management under Bethany is a great improvement from before. She takes the time to analyze my specific storage needs and advise accordingly. She is a much welcomed change to this establishment as she is always pleasant under every circumstance.

I will defiantly give Valley Storage my top rating. They meet or exceed all of my storage needs, and as a bonus the usually have someone onsite from 9-5. I rent from 4-5 different storage facilities from across Virginia to WV and this is the only one that actually has someone on site. Which means they have an actual person answer the phone and not an answering service or voicemail. Which means they will call you back ( if you're lucky ) on their time.
The experience with the initial renting was seamless. We called to verify availability.nWe drove over to view the unit and within an hour we had chosen our space and had a lock on it. The facilities we very clean and well maintained.
