Bad service.the worst ever. Liers.. I made reservations for trailer.. I put all the info they want.. I have 2013 Ford F 250 and I wanted to tow Audi A4..they claimed that my Ford Can't tow the trailer and Audi.. Common liers they did this because they don't want me to deliver the trailer at Arkansa Uhaul while pickup is in Beckley WV.. WHY THEY REFUSE THIS EHEN I MADE MY RESERVATION?? F... B..
Yes, it's true, and in full disclosure, I spent a whole lot of money with this agency while relocating my residence. They were a little hard to get to know at the beginning, but once they put a face to a name, they were outstanding. The entire complex (including the outdoor and climate controlled store areas were kept at a minimum broom clean. If they told you they'd have a particular type of rental on a specific day and time, they'd have it.
We had a bad accident where a dual set of semi trailer wheels came off the semi coming down the West Virginia turnpike and hopped over the median hitting our 5x8 U-Haul on the drivers side and completly wiped out the trailers axle. After the police report and the tow was complete two gentlemen at this location stayed (we got there at 6:57) and made sure we were taken care of. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and helpful after such a stressful few hours. I just wish I had gotten both names! To the main gentleman that helped us thank you thank you thank you and good luck with college!
The manager very nice everyone there very professional great to work with. I needed to move my 4 bedroom house from Beckley to Glade Springs. I did have trouble finding movers then I found after searching, Mountain State Movers they have 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook. My move went great with using both companies everyone went the extra mile above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and stress free.. Thank You!!!!
Steve , Logan best customer service. Me and my family needed a 26ft truck just a few days before our move and they helped us out. Hired Mountain State Movers as well. For a last minute move I can't believe how good and stress free our move went. We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so very much!
