Hertz Car Rental

Update:nnI left my name and number and my phone call was returned. I also found out that they can arrange pickup and drop-off outside of business hours for gold members.nnOriginal:nnMy flight lands at 5:30 PM, which is outside of office hours. How is it that the rental agency doesn’t coordinate their availability with flight arrivals and departures?nnI have tried calling this location multiple times during open hours today and have been sent directly to an automated message every time.

Wes and another associate did their best to get me into a relatively clean and well maintained car when I was stranded by Avis on 9/24/2016. The team was very nice and did what they could. I appreciate all the help they provided. Nicole was informed that Wes was a stand-up guy with good customer service.

Every vehicle I've rented has been new, low mileage, clean cars. I've never had any issues with the vehicles I've rented. Can't remember the lady's name that works there, but she is always professional, courteous and provides clear answers to any questions I have.

I have rented car from LWB airport and car was clean and in good condition. This was my first car rental in the USA and i used this car for a month. Service levels are really good. If you are lucky enough you can always get a car with free GPS.

I can & could not ask for better assistance nor service from Letha at Hertz Rent A Car! She honestly does go above & beyond to help customers out.
