Maybe the best McDonald's near I64!nWe frequently travel I64 through Virginia &West Virginia, and have stopped at the White Sulphur Springs McDonald's frequently. The service has been consistently excellent, the food fresh and fast, and the restaurant & restrooms immaculate. Every team member really hustles, and serves every customer with a smile ... Fast,friendly and very clean!
Had a 5-star customer experience at this location recently. The manager Christina deserves to be recognized for her outstand above and beyond customer service! It will be on my future places to return that is for sure. And hopefully the standard she set will be repeated (it's going to be tough!)nThanks!
Okay, so me and my sister went there to try the J Balvin meal well it’s not even a meal it’s everything rang up separately it’s over $10. Well we got the Oreo flurry and they didn’t fill it up all the way at all and the woman came to the window with a hateful attitude and said “ well what’s wrong with it “ we nicely said it doesn’t look filled up. They continue to get a manager and he says that’s how much they are supposed to fill them up. Which is lies cause they never have filled my flurry up that little. I don’t recommend buying the flurries here or if you do be sure to ask so you can see how hateful they can be.
Like the fact that you can order online and it's fresh when you pick up your order
