For the most part I had a pleasant experience. Price increases were a little too often, and maintenance fee added to it, which I was not aware of at first. The cart at the bottom of the elevator was broken, but overall I had no issues. The staff who work there were helpful. Paying online for my monthly expense was simple.

Super nice people, but seemingly unable to respond in a timely manner when they have basic electrical problems in their climate controlled spaces. Most of my first month (March '21) there were no lights and no climate control (it was very cold -- and dark). The explanation was that the local electrician that they use was unavailable. But ... really nice helpful staff otherwise. Hopefully they'll get this worked out before heat and humidity become a serious (deal-breaking) climate control issue. In the meantime, bring a headlamp or flashlight - just in case their electrician is unavailable and another breaker blows.
My wife and I came to price shop and spoke with Chris and Taylor a couple of days ago. They greeted us with extreme professionalism and answered any questions we had, including showing us the climate control 10x10. We will definitely keeps this location in mind when we are ready to rent! WAY TO GO!!!! A+++ service
Love the customer service by the manager Danny. However, I don't appreciate the corporate HQ increasing my monthly rental by over $30 a month. They know they have you... it's outrageous!
