Outstanding customer service and accommodation! Charles took the time to show me all of the options that were available prior to selecting a unit to fit my needs. He also walked me through all of the paperwork, which made it quick and easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for good prices and great service!!
I’ve never had to use a storage facility until now. Thanks to amazing employees like Charles “Chaz” , this was an extremely smooth process. He was kind, considerate, mannerly, down to earth and accommodating. He looked you in the eye when he spoke to you and didn’t make you feel rushed or like you were a bother. He’s a main reason why I will stay here at this facility. He made sure the unit was clean, he showed me how to use the exterior, interior doors how to operate the lights on a timer and even let me use his lock until I could return with one of my own. Self storage plus, I write all of this because I am a business owner too and I seek out people with the qualities that Charles has. Good workers are hard to find and he is an asset to your facility! Thank you Charles!!!
Excellent service at this location. I was fairly treated and the employees and managers were all competent and pleasant to speak with. The facility was clean and easy to reach. I felt safe coming and going at this location and if I ever need to use storage this will be my first choice!
Charles is extremely helpful. He went out of his way to send me pictures of a unit so I could make a better decision from out of town. Any issues I've had, he has gone above and beyond to help. Glad I chose this place. Definitely recommend.
We have used this facility for a few years. It has been a great experience. The facility is always clean and secure. Charles is always friendly and very accommodating. I couldn't ask for better.
