The staff at the Williamsport office were very friendly, helpful, courteous. The units are clean and the grounds are always clean. There is only one draw back. The gate access is from 6am-10pm. Other than that for us it was very convenient. The prices are reasonable.
I went in to start up a storage unit to store some of my stuff. The woman in the office was so nice she took me up to view the unit and it looked great. I started the process of getting a unit and she was so amazing. I highly recommend that if you need a storage unit you use Valley Storage in Williamsport Maryland
My experience was great. The lady in the office was super sweet & nice. She took me up,showed me the unit & my all paperwork was complete in under 20 minutes. My unit was clean & it was just the size I needed. Thank You Valley Storage.
Spoke to a very friendly manager on the phone . As I pulled up to the office, she was coming out the door to show me the unit. Easy process for a storage unit. Clean grounds.
