I’ve waited 7 months to post this just in the chance that they would correct things. I had a storage unit with this company for over a year. When I closed my account with them, I was still charged for the following month. After contacting them about this, I was told that a check would be issued to make up for their mistake. After nearly 8 weeks and multiple phone calls, I had to pick up a check from their office. Before I could deposit the check I was called and asked to return the check. they had issued a check to someone with my name at an address that was never in my records and that check had been deposited by someone forging my signature. After explaining things to them and showing my bank records that the check was never deposited or cashed in any of my accounts, they simply stated “this is a bank issue now, sorry”. We are going on month 5 of it being a bank issue and never once have I received an apology for them sending a check to an address that I had never heard of. They also didn’t take too seriously that someone had obviously committed forgery by signing my name on the check to whoever ended up depositing it.
A good place for camping, An they have item's for a moble home needs.
