Started out good. Then under New Ownership, more money was required. Glad I got my stuff out.
Well once again I've been played. Valley Storage is just another name for AAAA storage. They're under the same management. So I was under the impression that things would be better and boy was I fooled. Once again I'm fixing damages inside my storage unit which no one has a idea how this happened but want to tell me about a insurance policy that doesn't cover my items inside their storage unit. The insurance only covers them from me trying to sue them.
Not dependable and isn't a place where I would leave my personal belongings. The containers can flood and isn't my first pick for a dependable storage company.
The staff is friendly and helpful but their driveways between units are an absolute disaster. Huge pot holes and mud make this place a nightmare to unload furniture if it's wet outside. It's even worse in the snow.. no one plows it and our storage unit handle was under a good 2 inches of ice so for weeks we couldn't even get in it. The girl working there did her best to help but all she had to work with was a tiny bag of salt supplied by the owners. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the storage places that are paved.
