Also known as the Panorama overlook is suppose to have a view of 3 states. If you stay there for a bit, you will see trains go past. Take some binoculars and watch the birds. The have been trimming back trees to improve the view. I am hoping they will improve the parking area and out in a sign that shows what you are looking at. If you come to Berkeley Springs, this is a must see. I would also take the 15 minute drive up to the overlook at Cacapon State Park.nnYou might enjoy eating breakfast or lunch at Roys in BS. Visit the park and waters in the middle of BS.nBefore dinner, take a walk along the canal in hancock then go to Jimmy Joys Log Cabin restaurant for lunch or dinner.

I love nature so naturally I love overlooks. This one is beautiful. Clean from brush and trees in the way. Awesome how you can see 3 states while you are just standing in 1 spot.
