I called Ave’s on a Sunday night (I know right) to meet me at me home Monday morning when I completed my shift. The phone was immediately answered by a pleasant professional! The service professional that fixed the issue at my residence was Jamie, and she was outstanding! Arrived punctual, very professional and also friendly! I told her what the issue was with my entrance door and she got to work right away! I would recommend Ave’s to anybody and everybody! I had worked a long shift and after returning home 15 hours later, you are just spent! This is an excellent business with an outstanding crew! Thank you Ave’s lock and key and thank you Jamie for outstanding service!

We just moved into the area and the previous owner left a very nice roll-top desk. My wife had always wanted one so this was perfect. Then we found out that there was no key to the lock. I searched all over hoping to find it, but no luck. I removed the lock assembly and took it to Ave's. I thought for sure that I would either have to buy a whole new lock and key assembly or pay through the nose for new keys. I was completely wrong. Within about 10 minutes she had a couple of keys made and they worked perfectly! And the cost was just barely $10! I would very highly recommend Ave's to anyone who has ANY type of lock issues. And she is very friendly, too. Couldn't have asked for any better service from anyone!

Dropped by on a Monday for a minor emergency, I dropped my keys in the lake on Sunday while fishing.nThis was her day off, we found out later, but she happened to be in the shop restocking.nShe made an exception and jumped in to cutting and coding new car keys with a smile.nnVery helpful, very professional and perfect copies within minutes. Bonus: she charged $20 less per key than the last locksmith who fixed this same issue 2 years ago.nHighly recommend you drop by (Not on Monday!) and say Hi when she opens her new larger shop just down the road.

Thank you so much for the save after the River ate our car key. The response time was quick to our car and on scene service was just as fast. The gentleman's who responded, I believe Averil Doyle was very courteous and friendly.

Definitely got my keys out, but my car was slightly damaged cosmetic wise as well as the padding on my door being ripped. So they do their job, but not without some issues. I've had previous better and easier experience.
