My wife and I closed on our first home on January 31st, 2019 with Crawford Law Group in Martinsburg. As this was our first home we were very nervous about the process and everything it in entailed. Our worries and concerns were eased by their wonderful processor Amanda Flinn. She took multiple daily calls, from both my wife and I, to explain and answer our questions regarding paperwork, fees, definitions, and anything else we were unsure about with no hesitation and never making us feel like we were bothering her. Her customer service is impeccable, and to us that is the most important thing when working with a law group on such sensitive and important topics. Our closing attorney Addie was thorough, respectful, and kind. She helped explain what each number meant on our settlement statement without making us feel incompetent, inept, or rushed. My wife and I wanted to make sure we understood each form we were signing, therefore, we could not have asked for a nicer, more helpful, or intuitive attorney than Addie. We would recommend her for any documentation you need completed. The other attorney helping us through this process was Kate and she's just as incredible as Addie. They both were able to answer any questions promptly and with kindness. We would highly recommend Crawford Law Group for any legal attorney paperwork you need completed. We were so impressed by the professionalism and care showed to us by the entire Crawford staff during this process we will be using them again soon to complete our wills and other attorney paperwork for our 6 month old son. We used Crawford Law Group in Martinsburg when we purchased our home in March. The staff was incredibly helpful and always kept us up to date on the proceedings. Mrs. Ridgeway, the attorney who handled our closing, was very knowledgeable and handled the closing with great acuity. I will definitely use them for any future closings and plan to use Mrs. Ridgeway as our estate attorney as well. She is extremely well-versed in the law, as she answered all of my questions easily and thoroughly.
