David Hinkle helped me during a very difficult time and patiently explained all the pros and cons of filing bankruptcy. The entire concept of bankruptcy is intimidating. People are likely overwhelmed with debt and see no relief in sight. That was my situation, exactly. I seemed to be on a vicious treadmill of paying minimum monthly payments for credit cards which had more than surpassed their credit limit. There seemed to be no light at the end of any tunnel.nThat's when I met with Hinkle Law Firm. My options were explained concisely and Mr Hinkle even went so far as to lay out a timeline for what I could expect. He allowed me to pay for his service over the course of several months so I went from lying awake at night stressing over finances to enjoying restful sleep at night.nHis office was very well organized, the staff was very courteous and the location of his office was very convenient.
