Is it possible to give 1/2 a star? Do NOT GO HERE! Unless you like Mice, rude management & the managements lack of ability to work with you/etc. Management Quote “What did you expect renting storage in this area”. So apparently to this “”*Safe Storage*”” company their expectations are Not really safe. They expect something to happen to your belongings if you choose to use them. Use at your own risk.... and good luck getting any help from them if something goes wrong!

If I could give a worse rating, I would. They are infested with Mice. I had to move my things out of this Storage Facility to a Totally different one. They assured us they did not have a mouse problem before renting the unit but they lied to us. They were totally unprofessional and lied to us again about a resolution when we went to them about the Mice infestation. Trust Me it’s not worth it!

Very pleased with my experience. I was renting at Space Storage for years but they raised there prices. I called and spoke to a women named Teresa who was energetic and friendly. When I arrived, she took me through the whole process when such thoroughness, I new I had made the right decision. I will continue to do business with her because of the way I was treated. I will send my family and friends.

I am only giving them a star because it makes me. Long story short, we move our boxes into the storage unit first of April and paid our first month. We went back a month later and our lock had been cut (the cut lock was put back in our unit) the owners put a blue tag on it saying it was vacant. When we opened our unit, our unit had been tossed and a lot of things stolen. When we asked them about it they were rude and passing blame. When we asked for security footage they said they couldn’t. I asked if a lawyer would have to do that and the guy screamed I said lawyer and refused to speak anymore. We are now trying to inventory our unity to file a police report and get this squared away. Do not trust your belongings at this unit.

Great place for storage. I have been here for 5 years now. Teresa has went above and beyond to be helpful and I also notice she works very hard to keep the place clean. They have raised my price each of the last two years which is not good, but I continue to stay there because of the customer service fromTeresa, which is far greater than the last place I was at.
