I’m off to a great start in March because I had a health retreat complete with extraordinary boot camp workout, Boomshake dance class and vegan delights! This is a wonderful experience - top-notch professional program with the incredible owner/fitness Angel, Tawyana Fleming. Super comfy mattresses , incredible value and perfectly clean digs to delight in! Heaven on earth to make your body and mind balanced and stronger. Can’t wait until I visit again. I’m signing up for a monthly retreat!

Beautiful venue. Ty is a knowledgeable, caring ,affordable personal trainer. You will not be bored. Very fun and the time flies.

Best boot camp ever! She switches things up every time so you do not get the same routine and get to enjoy variety! I'm happy to say my muscles stay sore for days thanking me for the amazing workout!
