We pay to have secure parking in the Commercial Lot at 1030 Elizabeth Street. Unfortunately no matter how often we complain about the lights not working and the gates not working - nothing changes except the increase in rates. And now Truck drivers that don't pay to park there are using it as overnight parking and occupying the space we pay for monthly. Seriously disappointed in the professionalism of Prime Storage. Starting parking there when it was Safe Storage and they at least made the effort to maintain the lights and the gates.
People are super nice. Price is good. I would love to use it again

I rented a 26' truck and the folks in the office were professional and excellent to work with. The truck was in great shape and easy to drive.
Very impressed with the customer service of this facility and the manager! Got a great deal on a storage unit, needed boxes and things to move. Very, very helpful!
