Highly recommended. I can confidently say this is a great place to store stuff. Terésa was friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details at check in. She couldn’t have made checking out any easier. Hassle free at both ends. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I don’t think I ever saw trash on any of my visits. It is well lit at night and never did I get the feeling that I was unsafe when going there after dark. I had my unit during two months of unrelenting rain and never were my belongings affected. Everything was tight and dry. Very little dust collected during my six month stay. No bugs, rodents, or other pest damage. I brought nothing home with my stuff as in other renters bed bugs, fleas, etc. the place is CLEAN! I’d use it again.

This is the best place I’ve ever used for storage! The manager is always super nice and willing to help anytime! There is someone who is always at the property 24/7 so it is safe. It is well lit, nicely paved and plenty of room to access my unit whenever I need. If you are wanting a place to store your things I definitely would recommend this location for the convenience, friendliness and price :)

This place had great customer service at the actual location. Our code wasn’t working in the beginning and they got it figured out quickly. There is a disconnect of communication between their call center and the locations though. They also charge extra for EVERYTHING. Extra charges for insurance (which you have to have), having 24 hour access to your unit, ect. We were a week late on our payment because of losing a job due to COVID-19. I emailed them regarding this yet they happily charged us a $33 late fee (that they never told us about) anyways.

I would highly recommend renting a storage unit. The manager is very attentive and helpful. She answered all my questions promptly. Secured lot and never had an issue.
