After purchasing my vehicle there I took it back to have the accessories I purchased installed. Top notch installation was performed and in a timely manner. Josh in service does an impeccable job with service scheduling, feedback, and just plain getting the job done. Very happy with Apple Valley Chevrolet.

Well, overall it was great. One thing I would suggest is that when someone purchases later in the evening, have them come back another day to pick up the vehicle and then the sales person go over everything about the car. Pointing out, even the simplist of details about the car. When selling a demo/courtesy vehicle, make sure it’s marked clearly in the vehicle. Make sure the customer knows exactly what extra services they are getting with their purchase. Ex: lifetime inspections; number of oil changes etc. And make sure all tires have the correct air pressure in them and that the oil change has been taken care of or let the customer know it’s going to need to be done sooner than later. Mike was wonderful. Not pushy, not the typical salesman. I’d recommend him to my family and friends.

The service department explained the work I had to have performed , the necessary remedies, and gave me options to allow me to bring my vehicle back at my convenience. Have been bringing my vehicles in for years because good service should be rewarded.,
