The food we received was delicious, unfortunately they left a couple things off our order.nCurb side pickup was ready and out ahead of the scheduled pickup time, so that's a plus.

We sat down at 12:10. Our food took 30 minutes to get to our table. We were seated by the food window where we literally saw food sitting in the windows for ten plus minutes. I noticed two managers on duty. One was busy chit chatting at a table while the other one stood at the window putting food on trays for it to just sit there. Are managers not able to help run food? The lady manager in the yellow sweater did come by to see how things were. Well we won’t be back. Your managers could use some serious retraining in customer service. As a GM this kind of customer service would land someone real quick on the unemployment line. The pancake was hard as a rock when it arrived to the table. The sausage was burnt and overall it was terrible meal.

Hot & fresh baked dinner Rolls are always wonderful Banana bread is deliciousnSoup is hot & warms ya up perfectly in this cold weathernSalad is freshly madenGreen beans are perfectly seasoned Baked potato was fluffy white & hot Steak was petite but it had really great flavor Our server was a very polite & courteous young lady who thanked us for coming in when she gave us our bill & thanked me again as I was leaving the restaurant on Foxcroft Ave You can access the roadway to this Restaurant from either King St or Winchester Ave exits off Interstate 81

Seems just like many other restaurants the service has gotten worse as has the quality of food. I used to love eating here but the last 4 times were awful. It makes no sense to waste money on food that tastes bad and terrible service

Worst experience ever. i like bob evans but the people working here need to do something different. food sits on the shelf with workers talking. i placed a pick up order, and the host clearly forgot to send it to the kitchen or something. she lied to my face multiple times about how long it would take. saying 5 minutes or “it’ll be right out” which ended up taking 30+ minutes. she was throwing a tantrum about something in front of customers. just overall bad staff but good food
