Make sure you count your change. I was short changed yesterday and they said the tills were spot on!!!nI know I only had $20.00. I had a coupon for $3.99 24oz smoothie. My total was $4.23 I gave 20.25nWas supposed to get $16.02 according to my receipt. I had a $5, 2-$1’s & .02. So I paid $13.00 for that smoothie!!!! ud83dude21Then the way the manager was talking was accusing me of lying. I guess to get free money. I’m not happy about that!

Ordered two smoothies online today and went to pick them up at the scheduled time, and was told I needed to wait 10 minutes, which was not a problem at all. 30 minutes passed and I was still waiting, while others who came in and ordered in store received their items first, which again, I understand, they’re extremely busy. While waiting I noticed a worker prepping sandwiches in the back, with his mask hanging under his chin sneezing around the food, without covering his mouth or anything. I love tropical smoothie, but this was such a disappointment.

Currently still sitting in line for a single smoothie and they must grow individual berries for each smoothie in real time. Because there is only room for 9 vehicles at a time in this drive through and its been nearly 40 minutes sitting in the drive through waiting for a smoothie. Simply don't understand how you can work this slow and still be in business.

Went here for a chicken pesto paid close to 6 bucks for 1 piece of chicken 1 slice of tomato just cut in half and a pool of sauce. Not really sure if that's how its supposed to be but when I pay 6 bucks for something like that it best have at least 3 to 4 pieces of chicken. Cant believe 9 waited 30 minutes for this!

I work near by, and only get a 30 minute lunch. I usually come to Tropical Smoothie for lunch. The last 3 times I've been here I have literally sat in line for 20-25 minutes to get my order. Thats ridiculous. You seriously lost my business. You need to hire people who are fast paced, and get orders out the window.
