If I could give this Starbucks no stars, I would. It is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE that this location is sold out of ALL WARM FOOD by 2pm almost daily. I can not even count the amount of times I have attempted to go here in the past few months and have not been able to order food. Do something about it! Order more food! It’s unacceptable. Not only that, but once you get to the speaker to find out there is no food, you are then stuck waiting in line for nothing because there is no way to exit the line. I have had it with this location, I will not be back again.

I came here early in the morning for a sick tea, waited in the longest, slowest line, for the lady to give me an attitude and tell me she cannot make that for me due to one ingredient being missing. did not offer me any kind of substitution or apologize for the inconvenience. not to mention i had to wait in the rest of the line of five cars just to leave the drive thru. i then call the manager of the store and she apologized and said she would talk to her employee. i would not suggest this starbucks if you’re looking for any kind of speed or kindness.

Women who took our order was great, very friendly. Drive through was cool, shaped differently from the usual and went very fast. Gave my pupper a cup of whipped cream ud83dudc4d she was a happy camper

I understand Christmas eve, but if you sit 15 minutes in line and are to the order screen before they close it is wrong to refuse your order! If they are stopping to make orders before they close then hang a sign so people don't sit and waste their gas! We had to sit until everyone else in front of us was served! Which was every car! Not to mention they were very slow! And lost our business and at least six vehicles behind us! I won't be back for quite a while!!
