1st and last time I order from here. Expensive for no quality. They make it sound so delicious online, Wasn't delicious, canned mushrooms(not sauted), Tomato paste sauce, medeaoker meatballs. Brisket had corned beef texture. Now I have the toilet squirts. I don't recommend.
Today I witnessed two of their employees, as well as another older gentleman who was working on their fountain drink machine harass and deny service to a man who was not wearing a mask because he had a medical condition. The older man who was working on the fountain machine literally said to him “if you have a medical condition that doesn’t allow to wear a mask- then you shouldn’t be out in public”. This is wrong! Such nonsense must stop. I was shocked how these people have so little sympathy and common sense! The governor-ordered mask mandate states that if any person has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask- they are exempt from the mandate. Start training your employees in such a manner, that they’d know how to treat people right.
Great meatball sub. The chili is normally very good when it is served hot. Today it was cold.
Came in today with no mask because I am medically exempt. When they asked me to put one on, I told them that I am medically exempt. They refused to take my order and told me to leave. Was a BIG fan of this place until today.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now have a gluten free bun option at some locations! There are also several pandemic-friendly options for getting your food including GrubHub, ordering ahead for pickup inside, ordering in person, and curbside pickup. They comply with current health and safety mandates, so don't forget your mask!
