Highly recommend!!! The place is very nice, one of the only places out there with trees and grass, and the staff are nice and helpful. The only two drawbacks for me would be that it is located on the complete opposite end of town from most of the restaurants....and the price, a little on the high side I felt, but was willing to pay it considering the other options there.

Stayed at this park a couple times it's a really good park for the price as far as amenities however it's not okay to spray large amounts of poison weed killing poison in the middle of a Saturday over the span of 3 hours I got dizzy from the fumes and it's absolutely unacceptable. Noticing my photos the nice green rocks were talking large amounts of weed killer here. 100% not okay.

I seriously cannot say enough good words about this RV park! Krystal at the front desk was BEYOND accommodating to our needs! We are full time RVers and have stayed at many RV parks, and the hospitality here was the best we have received. The indoor pool was absolutely amazing as well! We can’t thank you guys enough for our visit and your kindness. Highly recommend in the area!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When seeing our designated spot we wished for a grassy area and the staff was quick to re situate us no problem. Also, we wished to go to the caverns and didn't know how long it would take us and staff happily accommodated our late check out. Park was very clean and a perfect distance between town and Carlsbad Cavers. Although we were close to the road, noise was not a problem at all and we slept great. Would definitely recommend this place over other RV spots we saw in town.

Gated RV park. Stayed here to visit the Caverns. Close to stores an extra convenience. Has all the amenities you need. Clean and quiet.
