If I could give this place a 0 stars I would!!!! I waited for an HOUR for my food when delivery time said 25 minutes!!!! I had a simple order of pepperoni pizza boneless wings and a 2 liter coke with sauce and red pepper packets. The driver comes and hands us a Diet Coke pizza wings no sauce no packets. We asked if he would please get us the coke and bring kit back. He then throws the 2 liter at my boyfriend and spits on him!!!! We contacted the store manager and he has the audacity to call him a liar and have an attitude. We will be speaking with corporate in the morning and not ordering with this place again!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!
This branch is the worse. This keeps happening. I ordered, my order is ready, then i have to wait for 15 min outside, while all the workers just laughing and chilling. They will not take care of you even they saw you outside already. Customer service is -10 star. Not to mention my orders are right there ready. Night shift crew is the worse.
Ancelmo was wonderful! So fast and even made a second visit to make sure I got what I had wanted!
Placed order, went to pick up. Supposed to be CONTACTLESS, they handed me pen and receipt to sign????? I asked her where the contactless comes in, she walked away. Waited 10 min, called the store for my order, they said it was OUTSIDE! I tried leaving my number for owner to call me, they hung up on me. I would definitely like a call back for their rudeness. They never told me about my pizza being outside, horrible service. She supposedly the manager, wow supposed to be an example for her staff.
Cold pizza, slices in a pile in the box.. an absolute mess. Oh, and they forgot to put pizza sauce on 1 of the pizzas... horrible experience 2 times in a row. Too many options in town to deal with this. I will never order from this dominos again.
