All bills included is a plus cable direc TV 300 channels plus hunting sports and locals is nicen3 parks in a small town one park with picking tables barbeque pit lots are Big enough to park next to your camper very quiet ..nBob very nice works with you... helps if needed also help you set upnLooks out For his renters also gives barbecue cookouts and shares food and entertainment
