Absolutely nothing here but dirt. No laundry facilities. Nothing. Not worth the money you are paying. They are screwing you out of money. You pay on a Thursday for a week, they make you pay again on the next Wednesday. Guy is never at the office and you have to drive 25 minutes to go pay him. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It’s a nice park love that they are dog friendly the owner is super nice very attentive to the park and fixing things that are broken. They advertise free WiFi but it hardly ever works! There is to many people connected to one WiFi connection so it doesn’t load or just kicks you off! Another WiFi connection would be great!

It’s a dirt lot with hook ups about like anything else in the area. Crowded but spaces large enough to fit in and hook up. If you’re in this area I’m sure you’re working so yeah it’s a good base camp. We stayed for three weeks and had no issues. The office manager was friendly. The place only does monthly rates and there is a deposit required but we had no issues getting ours back. Cash only.

Over priced for what you get. No optional internet access, sewage backs-up way to often, the park has regular brown and or blackout due to it's horribly below code electrical work. The staff won't even acknowledge the fact that people leave trash and sewage tubing hooked up when they leave. Do not recommend

Pretty chilled out spot , cheap place owner is super nice and also comes with wifi would recommend
