Top dollar price, 750.00 a month. This is supposed to include water and electricity. Each spot has an individual electric meter. If you go over whatever minuscule allotment of electricity they allow you, you are charged more. The water is off on a regular basis. The power goes out frequently. The laundry room is currently shut down for at least two weeks. Nearest laundromat is over a half an hour away. Working long hours with limited time off, who needs that? This place is convenient if you work in the Orla area. Just not a lot of bang for the buck.

Huge park as they have been upgrading the perimeter with trees. Amenities laundry room, restaurant with games. Wifi is definitely questionable or non existent at times. In this area Verizon works best. Great RV park for Oilfield workers. Owners are GREAT....
