Dirt lots and oil feild as far as the eye can see but the management is helpfull and you can wash your clothes.

Great rates, quiet place.just have to make groceries before you return to site,nearest store 30min away.

Best price available!! Good size lots, small playground for kids, free WiFi and laundry, 1 mile away from a gas station and 20/30 min away from all other cities.
