In good faith as we are not residents of our property Old Town Painting were hired to paint the exterior of our condo. They missed all the steps outside and when we looked to remedy the situation they never replied to any of our emails - after the money was paid. I would not use them again given this.
Old Town Painting was hired to a job on a quadplex in bear hollow. They provided a quote that specified what work would be done and the products to be used. They said all the work was done and took payment only to find out later that the decks, railings and back doors had not been done. Some soffets areas had never been done even though they showed bare wood. They came back the following summer and did some of the doors, railings and soffets and left the decks undone. When asked to complete this they just went unresponsive and did not do it. They also changed the products used without notifying the customer. Their communication was very poor. They showed up when they wanted to even though owners had renter in their units. They will give you an attractive price but in the end, it will be a bad experience.
