I placed an order at the wrong location and instead of being helpful the employees told me there was nothing they could do. I called the day of asking if I could get a refund for the order since I was unable to pick it up but they told me they didn’t have the power to do so. They said only the manager has that power and she wasn’t in so to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and the manager told me since I didn’t have my receipt there was nothing she could do but if I went back yesterday they would have gave me the smoothies. The employees yesterday did not inform me of this and threw away my receipt. If I did have my receipt then I wouldn’t be having this problem but how was I supposed to get my receipt if didn’t get to pick up my smoothies. Everyone I talked to was rude and didn’t want to help me. I am a regular customer and go to smoothie king all the time and the fact that they won’t do me a simple favor of remaking my smoothies or giving me a refund is bad customer service. They had me on hold for 20 minutes until I finally gave up and hung up. I don’t recommend going to this smoothie king! The one on Louis henna is way nicer and has a very friendly staff. They are also a family owned business so you won’t encounter issues like this.

Gross i had to throw it away as soon as i got home. Tasted like fake sweetner and Blueberry syrup. So sweet it wasnt drinkable...just disgusting!

They don’t accept cash at this location. The employee took my cash and then said they can’t take it because of COVID. 1st she already touched it and every merchant is accepting cash. Will never go to this store again. The palm valley location is 100x better than this store & they take cash! Imagine that.

Today my son and I decided to go through the drive through and was help by a young man by the name of Quan (sorry if I miss spelled the name) one of the most respectful kid I've come acrossed in a long time. He's parents should be very proud him. And Smoothie Kings are lucky to have an employee like him. I know people usually write comments when something bad happens, but I figured I needed to give credit where credit is due.

I ordered two drinks. A metabolism mango ginger and a lean1 pineapple mango. The ginger one was very light green, watery, and had not a single hint of ginger. The mango one tasted like pure vanilla birthday cake batter. The remake of it tasted like vanilla with crunches of pineapple, but still no mango. I threw all of them in the trashcan a few stores down outside of Little Ceasars. They were that disgusting that we couldn't even drink them.
