I ordered a pizza and wings last night. My fiance's had the window to the study opened to see when the driver walked up. The driver just put our food on the ground at the door and when my fiance opened the door, the driver was walking away not saying anything. The order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant and I believe her name was Sharon that answered. Right away she apologized and made things right. She even called back to explain they were out of the crust I wanted but had an alternative. I am very appreciative. This time, the driver not only rang our bell, but knocked on the door. Thank you so much for making this right.

I have ordered from this store 3 times. And this will be the last time me and my family use this store. Everytime it's always the same thing. Over cooked or not enough. Cheese bread is dry and has no taste. Never remember to give us are drink we order. Pizza is never cut through. Neither to much sauce or no sauce. Seems to me that they are there for a pay check and don't care. But I garrenty that when they make their own pizza. It is just right. Maybe I'm wrong. They may just not know how to make a pizza. In that case. Pizza hut is to blame. You should take a little pride in your business.

Beyond outraged! My family and I ordered pizza tonight for delivery. After 1.5 hours the pizza showed up, the wrong order and my account was charged god more than what I received. The delivery guy came back 5 minutes later and delivered the correct order and the seal was broken on the box. He picked up the order that we had at our house and I’m sure he was taking it to the correct house. We have called Pizza Hut and they are not answering the phone.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and after waiting what seemed an eternity I decided to check the status online. The online status said it was out for delivery. I called the location and the worker there seemed unconcerned after I told him I had been waiting too long for my order. I then asked to speak to a manager instead hoping to get better service, I asked the manager to please make sure my order was in fact out for delivery and he assured me that it was but the driver had to make several stops prior. I trusted his information and hung up the phone. My fiancé then went to take our trash out and to our surprise our food was sitting outside on the ground full of flies! The delivery person did not bother to knock and just left it and the manager was too lazy to check on my order status and just made something up! I was not only hungry but furious! I read online that the franchise is filing for bankruptcy and it’s no wonder. I will never order pizza from here again.
