The website is not an accurate depiction of this place. But it's not bad at all! The owner seems friendly, and the area stays pretty quiet, tucked away from the main roads. Train runs nearby, so you'll hear it at night. But I find it a bit soothing, to be honest. Rent price is fair for having no amenities if you just need a place place park. Caters to long term renters tho, so people who are there have been there for a while. If you want a pool, level (concrete slab type) spots, laundry, there are some not far away for a price.
The park is clean. Owner is honest. He does his best to keep the riffraff out. Life got in his way. But he is back in the saddle trying to give the RV community a safe place to stay. With the water park close by. The savings on hotel/motel is with a stay at the Crazy Horse Estate RV.

Hate to love love to hate
Owner doesn't take care of things around the park like he's supposed to. People there are mixed up in unsavory acts and people. Would NOT recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have kids
