Never get order correct. They make it seem like it takes extreme skill to add meat and condiments to a bun.

They NEVER get my order right, and they're so rude.

Great, except they gave me a unsweetened tea. Imagine having a mouthful of food and you want to wash it down. Instead, you take a big swallow of unexpected tea leaves. Yuck!!nThis is not having it your way!

McDonald's has come to be synonymous with American fast food, nay, American culture. It should come as no surprise then, that the experience with McDonald's in 2020 is equally nightmarish to the life of an American in this year. Much like early scares of World War 3 and the Australian fires, beginning my horrid experience was my attempt at ordering through the app. I usually have no trouble using the app to place orders, but this location specifically seemed to make technology fail to function. As a side note here, why is there not a section of the app for special instructions? McDonald's as a whole needs to get with the program. Then, the wait. Oh, the wait. As I was out of town, I wasn't horrendously bored, as I'm traveling with good company. But in the time it took to receive my food, I believe I could have slaughtered the cow myself.nnMy friend and I got our food, and his order was correct. But mine was wrong. Much like the mask that I put on, even though I didn't ask for it, mayonnaise was on my double quarter pounder, even though I didn't ask for it. I believe that nothing sums up this year as accurately as a double quarter pounder being prepared with mayonnaise. We seem to have left our own reality and traveled to a nightmarish hellscape where nothing is as it should be.nnTo top off this wonderful experience, apparently Nicholasville, Kentucky is the new Flint, Michigan. These sodas were completely appalling, and the first sip sent me into a spiralling depression from which I will be recovering for the rest of my days.nnAll of this to say, I'm incredibly happy that I was traveling, as that means this isn't my local McDonald's, and I never have to experience this awful place again. I am truly impressed that one business can get so many things wrong at once, and may God have mercy on their souls.

Can’t get my order right!! NEVER can they. I asked for a daily double, they just put a ton of Mayo, onions and cheese. I asked for NO pickles and there’s pickles on it. It’s suppose to come w tomatoes also but there was none. ud83dude44
