Ordered online and had to wait an additional 30 minutes after my order said it would be ready. They do nothing to let you it’s gonna be late.

I received a notification that my pizza was delivered. Which was not the fact. So I went ahead and called this store to figure out the issue. After calling them 4 times and being put on hold for an extra 5mins, I finally was able to talk to a employee named Lauren. She was terribly rude and unprofessional. Lauren kept making excuses about how “Their clocking system” works. Whatever that lame excuse means. After finally being able to talk, I went ahead and canceled the order (That was never delivered) and asked for a refund. She then got extra snippy with me and just said “Sure we’ll do that.” and proceeded to hang up. Best advice I can give to y’all, if you’re going to continue to be rude and unprofessional towards your consumers. Maybe working for a pizza shop is to “stressful” for you and you should look into a different profession.

We ordered when we were over 20 minutes away.Once we got there we waited for 8 minutes.Just think that’s about 30 minutes!We tried to get there attention ,because my daughter had softball practice and we had to leave.Once we asked how much longer they said 10-20 minutes!Thats like an hour for a small pepperoni pizza.It took forever to get them to talk to us.They would not even let us inside.When we finally talked to them they were really rude.Ive been to so many dominos but none have been like this.DO NOT GO HERE!! Just keep in mind we ordered online and it said only 10 minutes.

Ordered a couple pizza's and was noticed on my phone the order was ready. Once I got there I saw they had 30.06 & 30.07 signs (which I dont support any business with those) I opened the door just to let them know I was outside (they set your order on table) and was yelled at for not having a mask on even though I didnt enter.
