The food was ready right when they said it would be and was delicious!
Excellent service and product. Great prices.
Been a customer of Kens for over 2 decades. Usually very happy with service. However the last 2 times we have ordered delivery it has been less then satisfactory. This time we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for pizza which was cold when we got it. Not delivery drivers fault. He stated he was only driver working. I felt sorry for him and gave him a generous tip and asked that manager call me. Manager did call me promptly and offered to comp next order. I realize with co-vid 19 the restaurant are taking a hit. When manager called he said they reduced staff to one driver during this crisis and he was still 10 deliveries behind. This was 835 pm. 35 minutes after closing time. He also stated over 30 plus delivery that night. Maybe to keep repeat customers keep your dedicated employees on full pay role. With over 30 delivery on a Wednesday night I think your business is doing good with all things considered. If you would have had a extra delivery person probably no complaints. Really don’t want to slam you but I just think more attention to detail is needed. I really hope things get better
Really good thin crust meat lovers pizza. The salad bar isn't very good , it could use some work. It's a good place to eat. They have the best ranch dressing.
