1.8 mile hike from the parking lot

Wonderful hiking path that parallels a dry river bed until meeting up at Sculpture Falls (the dry river bed may be due to the current statewide drought that is in effect). Great place for a quick and easy hike, and to get away from the sounds of the city. Both the water and the trails are very well used. If looking for absolute solitude, this might not be the short hiking trail for you.

Awesome swimming spot close to Austin! I’m from Michigan so sadly I’m used to colder water and the water was very swimmable at the end of March. Water level is low right now, the hike is beautiful too! Definitely check it out!

It's really pretty, for ud83dudeb6‍♀ufe0fud83eudd7e , bike ud83dudeb5‍♂ufe0f with the family, water is really clear ud83dudc4c, we had an amazing time with the family. the weather was great not to hot was perfect I really recommend it,

Sculpture falls, a beautiful waterfall on barton creek which is a really clear river, even clear enough where the river bottom was visible. I parked off 360 and the hike from there was about two miles and I was able to walk it in about twenty five minutes. There were also some pretty cool washout/caves on the way.
