Not a lot of extras but they do have a nice clean park and it has a little swimming pool area. I searched the surrounding area and several different RV parks but this one was cheaper then most and still well taken care of.

Very nice park and managers very nice, helpful and take great care of this park. Well kept and spacious concrete pads; nice pool, clubhouse, laundry etc.. You can tell Paul and Patty take pride in their investment and care about those who stay here. I don't understand some of the negative comments I read - sound pretty petty and ridiculous. Every now and then you'll just get some folks like that. Young children or Grandchildren shouldn't be left to themselves. That's just laziness and irresponsibility on your part, imho.

Full hookup. Easy access from highway. Major highway construction in front of park. Appears like lots of workers staying in the park. Perfect for overnight stop.

Where to start? Pros and cons are probably the best way to sum it up.nnPros: Good location, close to pretty much everything you need.nnThey have a laundry room onsite.nnThey mow the grass fairly regularly.nnCons: While they have a laundry room, it isn't climate controlled and is always full of mosquitoes and roaches. Doing laundry onsite is a battle. There are not enough machines for a park this size.nnThe manager, Paul, is rude, with strict rules but no flexibility. Had to take a pretty bad spot when I moved in due to limited availability in the area. When a better spot became available and I asked to move, the answer was a flat no, even when I was upgrading to a much larger and heavier camper. I don't want a brand new camper parked in a mud hole. Apparently being a long term resident doesn't matter. Several other folks at this park complained of the same. When asked for a reason, I was told that if they allow me to move, others may want to do the same. Seems taking 2 minutes to change paperwork is a massive hassle.nnThe small roads between rows hold water for days after a rain, as do the grassy areas around rv spots.nnAll the best spots are reserved for a short time each year by snowbirds. Those willing to rent those spots are forced to move while these short term residents are in town. Again proving that long term residents don't matter to management and the owners.nnFinal thoughts? This is a park that should only be considered only as a last resort. I have heard more negative comments by residents than positive ones. The owners and managers honestly don't care about you because they know plant and pipeline workers will keep them fairly full. Avoid this park if you want anything other than a forced smile when they get your money. They truly don't care.
