QRV Victoria (Formerly Summer Breeze Victoria)

My family absolutely loves it here. Melissa and staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The park is very well maintained including all public restroom/shower areas. The laundry room is always open, clean and fully functioning. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call “home” while on the road.

I’ve lived in this park for several years now. My husband and I have been through several name changes (3 to be exact) and at least 7 different managers. At first the new management was great and keeping up with the park and I gave an amazing review, now I do not recommend it. Over the past several months the park has gone from inviting to embarrassing. The management is unavailable when needed after hours for things that need to be addressed, maintenance is rarely around to be of any assistance, grass gets mowed when they feel like it (we used to have a lawn service) things are dying and nothing being done about it, when mowing they do not pay attention and run things over and push things out of the way when mowing with the mower, when asked to come spray for the ants that are all over we get told it’s not their responsibility. The restrooms are gross and rarely kept up with. Residents are cleaning the pool, mowing and maintaining their sites as much as possible. Washers are always broken and leave few available. It’s always mentioned to pick up after your pets, yet not enforced. Speed limit is not obeyed and all the repeat offenders are still doing what they’ve been “warned” about. Long story short, this park is no longer nice and well kept. It’s embarrassing to say we live where we do, we stay because we are settled and it’s slowly becoming a trash pit. Guests complain and it’s shrugged off. I’m currently waiting a call from the owner of this business to give all the details of what’s truly going on. I do not recommend staying here or living here. Do your research or ask around. Word of mouth travels far! This is not a resort!

We are really enjoying our stay at QRV Victoria. Melissa, the manager, goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and tours the facility often to make sure everything is running smoothly. Joan is also very friendly and helpful in the office. In the storm, the staff did everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed. Kevin keeps the park well maintained and clean. The other park guests are a fun group. We enjoy the daily happy hour and water aerobics. They have made us feel very welcome and included. QRV also has a lot of games we are enjoying. Only 3 stars because - site only 14 feet wide (Good Sam claims 25 feet wide), roads Narrow, allowing 2 cars per site is one to many (most park on already narrow road), and turns are tight. Our fifth wheel is 41 foot and we tow with a one ton dually. We are 60 feet long. Therefore, park does not really work for us. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Most likely, will not stay here again. Sorry.

This place is really nice. A great place to stay short or long term. The staff is super kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the pool area. They have these really nice little tiny houses that are super nice with lofts. Very affordable. Pet friendly. Will return.
