Not a bad little place for the price. Neighbors are nice and everyone waves at you. Want my mom to come here too but spots are full right now ud83dude22Can have carport and deck without hassle. No one bothers you. Pretty quiet. Some barking dogs but they don’t bark for too long. Everyone seems friendly. Owners don’t tolerate BS. Close to town and everything in Longview.

I have lived here 18 months, I love it here everyone treats you like family, and the owners are wonderful people. Its a great place to live or just to stay a few days.
