Hey, I see some of the commenters are a little bit harsh. Every time I’ve ordered from here I’ve had a pretty good experience. The people at the door are usually very nice and I’ve never had an issue at the counter. I also noticed a lot of the employees are young teens or normal people. If you feel the need to be specific on your order, call ahead or type a note. Thanks for the pizza ud83cudf55

5/5 pizza was great, no mistakes. Under 30 minutes for delivery and driver didn’t have to ask for directions. Will be ordering again soon ud83dudc4d

Last night after the super bowl I ordered a large pizza. I got it delivered. I received the pizza and saw that 4 of the 8 slices on the large had no toppings. Not even cheese. I went online to report the issue and didn't see a option I wanted. I then called the store and told them my situation and they hung up on me. I was not about to get mad over pizza so I didn't bother calling back again and I won't be going back again

Little girl at the front as a bad attitude. My partner had placed an order for carry out and I was going to pick it up since I was running errands. When I arrived, I immediately felt like an inconvenience. She somehow couldn’t find my order under any name I provided. We did receive a confirmation email for this location and a time frame for when it would be ready. She REFUSED to work with me at all and rolled her eyes more than once. I don’t understand how she thinks it’s okay to treat someone the way she did.

This place is absolutely horrendous. We’ve ordered from them over 15 times because they’re the closest dominos, and I think they’ve gotten the order correct 1 time. Tonight, I placed a delivery order at 1045. It was cancelled unbeknownst to me. I placed a second order, and it immediately got cancelled again even though the location is still open. The location doesn’t close until midnight. This place has been absolutely horrific for the year and a half that I’ve lived in oak hill. I love dominos, but this is just absolutely terrible. Find somewhere else
