Austin Pizza all the personnel is very professional and beyond happy and they exude customer service, I totally recommend this to everyone, be blessed
Not so good. Pizza was soggy. It was just a joke.
Pizza came out pretty quick and it was delicious.
Poor customer service. I ordered three pizzas through GrubHub and only received two. I could see from the attached Austin’s Pizza receipt that Austin’s Pizza forgot to ring up the third pizza. When I called Austin’s Pizza about the mistake, they told me that the only options were to pay an additional delivery fee to have the ordered delivered through Austin’s pizza, or contact GrubHub (even though the error was on the part of Austin’s Pizza). I asked if I could place a new order through Austin’s Pizza with the delivery fee waived and I was told this was not an option, and the delivery fee would be charged. Austin’s Pizza was unable to offer any option to receive the pizza with no additional charge, despite the error on their part.
Good pizza and service was prompt and friendly.
