Will the manager has provided fantastic customer service and made sure we got our order right and all taken care of. I love jimmy johns, and the staff at this location rocks!!

Sandwich was so small and not enough meat. I asked for oil and vinegar and sandwich was so oily it got my hands greasy. Breast was not good quality. In my opinion it's a poor quality sandwich and poor excuse for a sandwich. Guy argued with me during the ordering process. Prices are expensive too. Will go to Thundercloud subs next time. I can see why there is not a Jimmy John's near me on E Riverside area.

My husband picked up lunch for us today at this location. He ordered a large Roast Beef no tomatoes on half. Guy said he couldn't do that. It comes the way it is on the board only. If you don't like it like that, then I can't help you. My husband got the sandwich anyway. When we opened it. There was like only 6 slices of roast beef on the whole thing some lettuce and tomato. No seasoning blend or oil. Very little mayo.nThe sandwich was very dry and tasted more like a lettuce sandwich than a Roast Beef.nWe will go elsewhere from now on

Literally the worst service. Ordered, over an hour and a half later had to call the store to check on the order. Dustin told me it had been delivered and handed directly to a person on the patio. Obviously false because you can’t access my patio unless it’s from inside the apartment. I live on the second floor. Very rude over the phone. 0/10 would not recommend.
